ANCHORED RETREAT, Mallorca • November 8-13, 2022. We are in a deeply transformational time, what we once thought of as established truths are dissolving, crutches on which we used to lean is gradually being removed and we are being guided to reconnect with ourselves, cultivating trust and anchoring into our innate wisdom. It is certainly a confusing time to live in. Most of us are going through huge shifts on all levels, the nervous system is on alert, the soul is shaken, and the body is tired. Yet, in the midst of this turmoil, there is a deep knowing that this is what we came here for, this is the time, and this is the path we are meant to walk. Even though we all are doing this journey in our own unique way, this is also a time to come together, to support and inspire each other, let the guard down and to share space and experiences.
I am happy to invite you to a new opportunity for an intimate gathering at the unique and sacred 13th Century Monastery set high up in the hillside of the Tramuntana range of Mallorca. Welcome to 6 days of sacred support for anchoring into yourself, the earth and the elements. Sanna will be your space holder and healing facilitator. This retreat is created with the intention to facilitate transformation on all levels; mentally, emotionally, and physically. We will work in concert with the elements; We will wake up with the sunrise, enjoy walks in nature, welcome the support of the mountain and enjoy a dip in the water. There will be space to relax, contemplate, reflect and have conversations and laughter with others. Anna @betulavita will support us with grounding food and drinks, an important part of all my retreats, both for joy and pleasure and for reconnecting with the body and the earth. We will enjoy yin-yoga sessions to integrate and keep the flow in the body. We will allow the Crystal alchemy bowls to relax our mind and bring us to our subconscious and the drum to reconnect us even stronger to our own soul and Mother Earth.
